An action-adventure game in the form of a survival horror, created by TheMeatly Games - an independent Canadian developer. The game was divided into episodes to be released on a regular basis - the first of them can be tried out for free. Henry, the game's protagonist, is a former employee of an animation studio who revisits his old workplace in response to an invitation he received from his previous boss. Once there, Henry discovers that his former employer has dabbled in occultism and disappeared in mysterious circumstances. Moreover, the place is haunted by the titular Bendy, one of the cartoon characters created by the studio - he became a living animation in a way that cannot be explained. The protagonist must discover the secrets of this place and find a way out. Bendy and the Ink Machine is played from the first-person view. The player explores the in-game environment and solves more and less complicated puzzles, including environmental ones. From time to time, the player also needs to hide from the enemies hunting the protagonist. All of this is complemented by high-quality graphics featuring an original art style, which brings cartoons from the first half of the twentieth century into mind.

An action platformer, in which the players witness the adventures of a group of people trying to survive an invasion of an alien civilization. Somerville is a work by Jumpship, a studio founded by Dino Patti, i.e. the co-creator of two bestselling games Inside and Limbo. The game is characterized by original, dark, but also slightly cartoonish art style, designed by Chris Olsen - a film animator who participated in the works on such pictures as Skyfall and Thor. In Somerville you observe the events from the side. Gameplay is based on traversing a string of in-game levels and solving puzzles – there's also a plenty of arcade challenges and stealth-action sequences, in which you must sneak past enemy eyes. From time to time you also get to shoot some aggressive aliens.

Our activities on the unusual battlefield are watched over a special point-awarding system, and the highest award can also be acquired after creating a critical insult. In Oh...Sir!! The Insult Simulator, we can play both solo and against other players — the multiplayer mode allows us to play over the Internet or on a split-screen. The game features simple graphics, fully voiced dialogues, and a unique humor that brings Monty Python's Flying Circus to mind.

Impact Winter is set in 2018, when the Earth's atmosphere got polluted with a dense layer of dust, due to the planet's collision with a huge asteroid. Sunlight is now almost completely absent, and the player assumes the role of Jacob Solomon, who along with four other survivors has to sustain his existence under extreme conditions for 30 days - it is the amount of time the rescue team needs to reach the place. Mechanics-wise, Impact Winter is an action-adventure game that focuses on survival-related elements. The player sets out for on escapades, scavenging after the food and supplies they need. In order to stay alive, the protagonist has to survive in low temperatures, as well as to deal with the risks of dying of hunger, thirst, frostbite or injury; also, aggressive animals pose a large threat to Jacob's life. Thus making use of the available skills in order to craft the items we need is the key to success in this game.

RollerCoaster Tycoon Touch was developed by the creators of RollerCoaster Tycoon World for PC: Nvizzio Creations. In RollerCoaster Tycoon Touch, we traditionally assume the role of a newly-opened theme park’s manager and have to transform it into a grand amusement park that attracts crowds of visitors. This goal can be achieved by constructing new attractions, stores, restaurants, decorations, and other buildings that satisfy our guests’ needs. Moreover, we have to handle the purely business aspect that requires us to increase income and cut costs. In the game, the key role is played by the eponymous rollercoasters, the series’ hallmark. We can create them by using a simple touch system — by moving our finger across the screen, we draw their shape, and then choose materials for constructing each of their fragments. The production offers highly-detailed three-dimensional graphics.

The third expansion to Age of Empires II HD, a remade edition of a popular real-time strategy game, developed as a joint effort between SkyBox Labs and Forgotten Empires. The new add-on introduces four Asian civilizations: Burmese, Khmers, Malays, and Vietnamese, each with its unique units. Additionally, the game received two new universal units – battle elephants and imperial infantry. The core of the add-on are four campaigns taking place in South East Asia. Aside from that, Age of Empires II HD: Rise of the Rajas brings a completely new type of terrain (mangrove forests), five new random, special, and historical maps, improved unit AI and new objects for the in-game editor. The DLC also incorporates a set of fixes that were prepared as part of the expansion, and then released as a free upgrade for the owners of the core game. The list of fixes includes improved network code and the option to resume interrupted matches.

Homebound is a VR adventure game powered by Unreal Engine 4. We play as an astronaut who is based on a space station when a catastrophe happens. Firstly, we will have to figure out what to do on the Earth's orbit. After that, we will have to face the dangers of entering the atmosphere. The last thing that awaits us is the emergency landing. In terms of mechanics, Homebound is an action-adventure game that tests our cleverness and reflexes. We will have to explore our surroundings, solve simple logical puzzles, and test ourselves in arcade challenges. The game is presented from a first-person perspective. Finishing one of Homebound's segments takes from a dozen or so minutes and up to one hour. Each of them can be played repeatedly, so that we can try to beat our friends or high scores. Additionally, every scenario is filled with hidden secrets and items. Finding all of the possible ways of killing the astronaut is also quite entertaining.

Similarly to the previous installments, the game is built around the story mode, including various adrenaline-inducing missions, as well as optional side errands. The action is seen from a third person perspective, while our hero can travel on foot, or use one of the numerous cars found in the game. Gangstar: New Orleans introduces new elements to the character development system – as the game progresses, we unlock new weapons and abilities. We are also treated to a new feature – Turf Wars, enabling us to take over the districts controlled by rival gangs.

Once Musaku High School gets invaded by hordes of bloodthirsty zombies, five schoolgirls trapped inside rise up to the challenge and face them. Cooperation is the key to success – each heroine has unique abilities, weaknesses, and strengths, so only together they can battle the enemies. They also have different personalities that we get to discover during the campaign featuring dozens of levels. The key element of the title is combat against hordes of zombies with the use of either melee weapons or firearms. The more the heroines get hit, the more naked they become. This can be used as a tactical advantage – the removed clothes serve as a bait for enemies. In School Girl/Zombie Hunter you can play solo or with friends. The title features 3D graphics clearly inspired by anime style.

The 13th full-fledged installment of a series of popular railway simulators developed by a German studio Trend Verlaag. Eisenbahn.exe Professional 13 allows us to assume the role of a train driver, traveling through various areas using a chosen train. We can choose from over 4500 models – from classic steam-powered engines, up to modern diesel or electric engines, each containing a faithfully-recreated, three-dimensional cockpit. The game is characterized by its realistic approach: we need to watch out for railway signs and the current conditions around the track. The world is alive, with vehicular, air, and marine transport taking place all around the player, while local fauna can be seen near the tracks. We can also experience a dynamic day-and-night cycle, and changing weather conditions. The extensive editor is definitely one of the highlights of the game, allowing us to build our own trains, as well as whole locations and tracks.

Fire Emblem Heroes is a fantasy-based, tactical RPG game. This is the first installment of the Nintendo's popular game series that was released on mobile platforms. The game takes place in a land divided between two opposing nations: striving for world domination Emblian Empire, and the Kingdom of Askran, bent on stopping the former. The players take the role of an Askran mage whose mission is to save the kingdom. Our protagonist can summon heroes from various games in the series, and our enemy is capable of doing the same. Turn-based battles, based on a simple gesture system, are at the gameplay's core. Smart usage of the summoned heroes' abilities, and taking advantage of the landform and the surroundings, are the key elements in achieving victory. Like every proper RPG, Fire Emblem Heroes has a functional character progression system.

We play as the titular Bomberman, and our job is to eliminate enemies we encounter on various maps with the bombs at our disposal. Even though the gameplay mechanics are not that complex, a more tactical approach is needed when entering new levels. Taking advantage of the environment of each level is the key to success. For example, we can place our opponent in a trap without any exit. Super Bomberman R offers two game modes: Story, for one or two players, or Battle, a local or online multiplayer for up to eight players.

A rougelike side-scroller developed by Frozenbyte. The players assume control over a ragtag group of heroes a little over their prime. The team receives a final task – escorting two princesses to a special academy. Unfortunately, the mission won’t be easy, as there will be numerous dangers lurking along the way. We begin the game with choosing three characters from an available pool of twelve different heroes. The game sees the trio defend the princesses against continuous waves of varied opponents that force us to switch tactics according to the situation at hand. Each hero carries unique equipment, as well as his own set of spells – in all, we can make use of over 300 spells and 200 items. Our mission will see the players travel through 14 different environments. The clashes are randomly generated, making each playthrough different and challenging. Interestingly enough, loosing (either through death or the capture of princesses) means having to start over from scratch. Has-Been Heroes is characterized by simple, cartoonish art-style.

Once they got there, they find remnants of an alien civilization that come back to life due to contact with humans. The backbone of Unearthing Mars is exploration, but you will also have to display different skills – during gameplay, you shoot, solve logic puzzles, and control a rover or a lander. Even though the initial moments are realistic, further into the story more fantastic elements emerge, such as war machines constructed by the legendary Martians. The title uses the power of Unreal Engine 4, which makes the game it look amazing.

A historical action game, in which you participate in multiplayer land and naval battles. The production was developed by Anvil Games, the members of which worked on Mount & Blade: Warband – Napoleonic Wars. Regardless of whether the battle takes place on land or at sea, the key aspect of the game is the cooperation between teammates. Both battle types feature soldiers of various classes with distinct characteristics and roles. The naval battles feature large sailing ships, on which you have various responsibilities. The land battles can take place in open areas or, alternatively, they can also be sieges. Both scale of the battles and location sizes are exceptionally large. The combat mechanics are realistic — it takes time to reload you weapon, but instead you can try fencing, which is easy to master, but also gives the player much freedom.

An unique horror game by No Code, combining four separate stories. In Stories Untold you play as a person sitting in front of a computer, and your task is to acquaint yourself with a series of eerie recordings. In time, the protagonist immerses themselves in the stories so much that they begin to spot inexplicable things in the nooks of the shabby rooms. The game features a first-person view and you are free to look around your surroundings. The stories take place in varied locations, such as a bedroom or a radio station, all of which are dimply lit to intensify the scary mood. Additionally, the game splendidly captures the atmosphere of the 1980s, in no small part thanks to the unique soundtrack.

A story expansion for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, a first-person action RPG released in summer 2016 by Eidos Montreal. A Criminal Past requires the vanilla game in order to work. Mechanics-wise, the DLC doesn’t introduce any meaningful changes to the gameplay. Plot-wise, it is a prequel whose action takes place before the events of the core game and is focused on one of the secret missions that the protagonist, Adam Jensen, took on for Task Force 29. Working undercover as an inmate, the hero is taken to a prison for augmented criminals. His task is to discover what happened to a TF29 operative who has recently gone completely silent.

A standalone expansion for Stellaris – a 4X strategy game developed by Paradox Interactive. The Utopia expansion introduces an array of innovations and improvements, the first and foremost being an option of building so-called megastructures. This enigmatic name stands for giant, ring-shaped artificial worlds or even ones resembling a Dyson sphere, i.e. massive construction that completely encompasses a star and efficiently consumes all the energy emitted by it. Apart from that, you can also create new habitats in the form of large space stations, which offer more living space for your community. Stellaris: Utopia also brings along the system of traditions. Adopting new civilization ideas and gathering so-called Unity points helps you expand your empire and grants active bonuses to its development. The list of new features ends up with an option of establishing new laws and giving privileges for individual races.

A two-dimensional metroidvania action game developed by independent studio Thunder Lotus Games – the producer of the warmly-received Jotun. In Sundered, the player assumes the role of a wanderer who travels through a ruined, post-apocalyptic world. The story of the game is strongly connected to its mechanics, as the price of the progress of the protagonist is paid with his humanity – what powers the player decides to wield, will have impact on the ending of the game. The protagonist is traveling mostly through randomly generated cave complexes and underground tunnels. On his paths he encounters various enemies, including powerful bosses, defeating which requires using thoughtful tactics. As the player progresses through the game, he obtains better equipment and ancient artifacts that enables him to develop abilities. This unlocks access to new locations, even stronger enemies and better items. Sundered has two-dimensional, hand drawn graphics the style of which is similar to games like Jotun and The Banner Saga.

A mix of simulation and strategy game developed by the independent studio Killerfish Games. The plot is loosely based on Tom Clancy’s works, telling an alternative version of history, in which the Cold War eventually turned into World War III. The player assumes the role of a submarine captain and tries to stop the Soviet Union’s plans to establish an outpost in Scandinavia. Mission objectives focus on fighting enemy naval and land units, preventing sea landings, and raiding convoys. We not only get an extensive arsenal at our disposal, which consists of torpedoes and long-range missiles, but also various kinds of defensive means and a realistic sonar. Combat takes place in real time. We get to face over forty types of enemy units, starting with ships, though submarines, to choppers and aircraft. The developers put emphasis on realism, which translates into battle tactics applied by our adversaries and units recreated with attention to detail.

The heroes have to face the forces of evil represented by the ominous Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd - they want to destroy the Earth and try to achieve it by sending in more and more powerful monsters. The game offers five characters the fans of the TV series are familiar with - the heroes differ both in terms of their weapons and special abilities. The player is required mainly to eliminate subsequent enemies and bosses with melee weapons and advanced attacks based on various martial arts. The game comes with cartoonish 2D visuals referring to the aesthetics popular in the 1990s. Both music and dialogues were taken from the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers TV series.

In Emily Wants to Play, we assume the role of a pizza delivery guy who gets imprisoned late in the evening in a suspiciously-looking house. Inside, a deceased girl named Emily with her three dolls wants to play a ghastly game with the unfortunate man. The player’s task is to survive a night in the haunted house and solve the dark secret of that place. Each level is equal to an hour of real time, starting from 11 PM to 6 AM. Mechanics-wise, Emily Wants to Play draws inspiration from such productions as Slender: The Arrival or Five Nights at Freddy’s. In Emily Wants to Play, we can move around the entire house and interact with various objects. Should we encounter a threat, we have to flee since the game does not feature combat. Despite average graphics, the title manages to build a dense atmosphere of horror.

The game delivers high-quality 2D visuals and is based on the free-to-play business model with optional microtransactions.

A two-dimensional platformer game set in an alternative version of feudal Japan. Developed by RECOtechnology (a Spanish team), the game brings a continuation to a third-person action-adventure title known as Yasai Ninja. Kyurinaga's Revenge follows the subsequent adventures of the two vegetable-like characters - an onion-samurai Kaoru Tamanegi and a street fighter called Broccoli Joe. They both set out for a dangerous adventure aiming to face an evil shogun and his allies. Kyurinaga's Revenge is a typical platformer game requiring the player to explore two-dimensional levels, avoid traps and fight various enemies. The playable characters have different abilities and equipment and the key to success lies in using their individual advantages adequately. Kyurinaga's Revenge was designed specifically for split-screen co-op mode, though playing solo is also an option (in which case the player switches between the characters). The creators decided on a cartoonish art style, offering a side-view gameplay with three-dimensional graphics.

A space sandbox game by Payload Studios, set in the future, in which Earth's natural resources have been completely depleted. You play as a space adventurer, whose task is to look for resources on an alien planet. The main aspects of TerraTech are threefold. The first aspect is exploring varied environments and gathering minerals, which can be transported to Earth or processed. Another aspect is building sophisticated vehicles from the resources you find or parts from other machines. They can be further modified as you see fit, which means you can turn them from transport vehicles to tanks or even planes. The latter two turn out to be very necessary, as the third aspect of the game is fighting enemies and capturing their bases.

The set includes the games LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 and LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7, based on the seven books in the series by the British writer J.K. Rowling. In both games, apart from the protagonist — the teenage wizard — you meet many characters from the books and movies, both his friends and enemies, including the nefarious Lord Voldemort. Both parts of LEGO Harry Potter Collection feature improved visuals, introducing e.g. enhanced lighting and new special effects. The set also includes two expansions: Spell Pack, which adds five unique spells, and Character Pack, adding 10 previously unavailable characters.

In the single player campaign, you play as the eponymous Naruto and the story focuses on the adventures of the ninja warriors. The protagonist and his friends embark on various quests, while you can learn their stories. The core of the gameplay is unlocking new characters and combat; the battles are turn-based, and to succeed, you need to think your attacks through, use special abilities of your characters and choose the right strategy. Moreover, you gather experience as you play, and unlock more advanced battle techniques. The story campaign consists of a series of missions, which you can play either on your own or with two other players. A portable version of the awarded level editor that allows the players to create custom levels for the games from the Super Mario Bros. series. Similarly as in the original title, published by Nintendo in 2015, the gameplay consists of creating two-dimensional platform game levels. The title is very simple and intuitive, and this edition was enriched with touch screen support. Super Mario Maker 3DS, similarly as its predecessor, enables the player to quickly test created levels in order to easily add required improvements. However, unfinished work can be shared with other players only locally. Each feature of the game was adapted to two graphics styles – the original one that references the 8-bit Super Mario Bros and the style of Super Mario Bros. U. The game also supports amiibo figurines thanks to which the player can unlock new skins for the protagonist.
