Last Days of Old Earth concentrates on a vision of future, when the Sun began to dim and a substantial part of the Earth froze over, forcing the remainders of humanity to travel to relatively warm areas near the equator. What is even worse however, is that a faction of hostile robots called the Automata appeared on the surface of the planet. Automata had been created by a long-extinct civilization for unknown purposes. The player can assume leadership of either the decimated humans or the said robots in order to eradicate the opposition using the remaining resources. Units, buildings and technologies that each side of the conflict has at their disposal are different. In terms of mechanics, the game is based on characteristic elements of the 4X genre, What is crucial in combat here, is the adequate use of the shape of terrain and superpowers of particular characters. The title focuses on the songs performed by six virtual vocalists originating from a professional music application created by Crypton Future Media. There are more than 200 tracks of various genres available in the game. The tracks were composed by fans from all over the world during the few last years. There are also some completely new tracks created for this edition of the game. Mechanics of the game aren’t much different from the ones in its predecessors and in other music games. During the game a music video is shown on the screen and the player must quickly and precisely press the correct buttons. In contrast to its predecessors, Project Diva Future Tone doesn’t offer the option to interact with the characters or design their rooms. However, one can still unlock various accessories and costumes for them.

Another installment in a series of sports games regarding one of the most important cycling events in the world. It was developed by the Cyanide studio. Similar to the previous installments, the game was released in two different versions - one for PCs and the other for consoles. Pro Cycling Manager 2016 for PC is a typical manager game, which does not give direct control over bikers to the player. Rather, the player's task here is to lead their team to success through managing different aspects of running a cycling team. On the other hand, Tour de France 2016 for consoles is a typical arcade game that casts the player in the role of a single cyclist. Applying different tactics on the road, the player competes against others in order to win the yellow shirt of the leader. As usual, this installment uses all the necessary licenses - the player observes virtual representations of real cyclists and their teams, as well as faithfully recreated tracks. Apart from the titular Tour de France, the game offers a variety of other popular cycling events.

Add-on for the twin edition of Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright and Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest, which requires one of those titles. It has been developed by Intelligent Games studio and lets us explore a new story line. The main character doesn’t work with Nohr or sides with Hoshido, instead working on his own to discover the truth behind the conflict of those factions. Compared to the base games, Fire Emblem Fates: Revelation doesn’t stray out too far gameplay wise, with the most notable novelty being My Castle – a special location where we can interact with our allies. As we form bonds with our friends, they are willing to offer more effective cooperation during fights. Interestingly, we can also meet other players there and fight against their armies through the Street Pass function. Add-on also offers Amiibo support, which gives us access to four characters: Robin, Ike, Lucina and Martha.

Arcade, Simulation Elements, Humorous, Indie Games, Sandbox, Science Fiction, Singleplayer, TPP, Animals.

Another DLC for the crazy action game Goat Simulator released in 2014 by Coffee Stain. The Waste of Space expansion adds a completely new map to the game. The map is larger than anything that Goat Simulator and its expansions offered up until now. The new level consists of a large space area and of an alien planet with a colony on its surface. Typically for the Goat Simulator, there is no story per se. Instead, the game focuses on a typically sandbox gameplay model which is filled with absurd jokes and opportunities for having fun and engaging in combat. Chaos and destruction can be pursued not only on the surface of the planet and in space, but on space cruisers and space stations as well. The expansion also adds various futuristic technologies and a romance system which parodies the Mass Effect series.

RPG, Fantasy, Action RPG, Singleplayer.

A free-to-play mobile action RPG with microtransactions, developed by Kiloo Games. The game is set in Mournguard - a gloomy fantasy world overrun by demons a long time ago. The player assumes the role of a heavenly warrior, who loses his powers and enters the world abandoned by the mortals after being banished from his kingdom. The protagonist's goal is to initiate an apocalyptic cataclysm that will purify the land of all the evil and darkness. However, the protagonist's own brother allied himself with the demons and tries to prevent the delivery of this plan. The game is a typical representative of the genre, thus the player explores an open world, completes quests, gathers items, develops the character and fights enemies. Combat here is based on the idea of one on one duels, during which the player does not have any direct control over the protagonist. Instead, attacking (melee), blocking enemy strikes, dodging them and casting spells is all done by executing the right gestures on the screen.

An arcade racing game inspired by the classics from the turn of 1980s and 1990s, as well as the improved version of Night Riders, which was released e.g. for mobile devices and PlayStation Vita portable console. We play as a gifted motorcyclist named Alice, known under her nickname as the “Red biker”. Aside from that, game offers no classic plot, focusing on motorcycling challenges. In terms of gameplay. Super Night Riders combines features of typical racing games with those of casual productions from the endless runner genre. Our position at the finish does not matter – we have to proceed as far as possible, avoiding bikes of our rivals. The only other requirement is to reach checkpoints before we run out of time. To diversify the game, we are offered six different tracks, divided into 36 special stages. Super Night Riders is powered by the Unity engine and stands out with its simplified three-dimensional visuals.

A racing game taking place in a futuristic world. The players control lightning-fast, cutting-edge vehicles. The title is the first multi-platform project from VD-dev, a seasoned French studio, known for games for Nintendo portable consoles. RISE: Race The Future employs a driving model inspired by the classic Sega Rally series, highly arcade in nature, and focuses on mastering drift techniques. Additional flavor is retained by the fact that the cars used in the races are equipped with a unique type of tires, which allows them to cross any surface (water, for example). Aside from the multiplayer mode, and a classic arcade mode, the game offers a story campaign for a single player, which takes us to a fictional world of futuristic racing, outlining the history, beginnings, and the purpose of organizing the races in which we participate.
