A pocket edition of the popular PlayStation racing game series, developed since 1997 by Polyphony Digital. At first, Gran Turismo Mobile was supposed to be a remake of the fourth installment, but eventually the game was slightly changed by adding new gameplay elements and extra vehicles. The new elements include i.e. previously unavailable Ferrari and Lamborghini cars and the legendary F1 racing cars. Apart from the tracks known from the original game, this version also features some brand new ones. Just like in the other titles in the franchise, you can play GT Mobile in one of the two modes—the realistic and complex career mode and the entertaining but quite challenging arcade mode. You can also extensively upgrade and modify your car and its components. The game is complemented by a multiplayer mode, allowing for races involving up to 4 players on local network.

The second expansion for the extensive war strategy game, Hearts of Iron III, by Paradox Interactive. The add-on is focused on the Eastern Front of World War II, namely the struggle of the Soviet Union, Nazi Germany, and other countries. The political aspect of the gameplay was subject to major changes, thanks to which players can now stage coups in other countries of fall victims to such. Hearts of Iron III: For the Motherland expands diplomacy, giving warring countries the so-called war goals. Guerilla warfare was enriched with such elements as infiltration of enemy territory or sabotage. Sea warfare in the North Atlantic, in which submarines take part, was also reworked. Hearts of Iron III: For the Motherland enhances the game’s engine and lets it utilize the power of dual-core processors. Moreover, the artificial intelligence was improved, the interface was simplified, and the gameplay speed was increased in order to enable players to finish an entire campaign during one evening.

The Vae Victis expansion introduces a slew of new, previously unavailable mechanics to the game. Above others, the game places even bigger emphasis on famous personas, each of them has their own personality and can prove indispensable to player’s actions. The add-on introduces a new aspect of internal politics in form of the Senate. The monarchies and tribes also received their own courts, full of traitors and schemers. At one point, the protagonist discovers a conspiracy that threats not only USA, but also the entire world. Gameplay mechanics bears much resemblance to the Hitman series. Throughout the game's 11 open-structured missions the player will infiltrate secret bases, steal documents, and eliminate enemies. Each mission can be completed in many different ways, using a variety of tactical options, such as disguises, fiber wire, poison, knives, firearms, and even “accidents”. Players’ progress is scored by efficiency and ranked online.

A simplistic, two-dimensional adventure game based on the Flash technology and developed by Amanita Design - a Czech game-making studio. Anyone can play the game for free, using their internet browser. The player takes on the role of an alien inhabiting a huge root suspended in space. One day, he spots a gigantic asteroid heading towards him. He quickly makes his way to its surface, where his task is to find a way to change the asteroid's flight direction and save his home. It is a simplistic adventure game deprived of a typical player inventory for example. The player is not in full control of the protagonist's movements. Rather, the gameplay consists of a series of subsequent puzzles linked together by the storyline. The player's task is to make a good use of the objects displayed on the screen in order to access the next level. Samorost stands out with original visuals combining hand-drawn elements with adequately modified photographs.
