In total, we have to tackle over 500 challenges that test our skills. Moreover, the eponymous BMXs come in several modifiable variants. The contestants’ appearance can be customized, too. The seventh large expansion to Europa Universalis IV, a strategy game released in 2013 by the Paradox studio. As the title suggests, one of the expansion's main novelties is the presence of a new ethnic group – the Cossacks, who played an important role in the base game as well as in the history of several Eastern European nations. Overall, Europa Universalis IV: The Cossacks introduces a much greater range of changes, including modifications to the game mechanics that influence almost every faction. At the forefront are the province mechanics, offering the option to transfer control over provinces to our subordinates, bringing both many benefits and many problems – if they gain too much power, it can result in an attempt to dethrone the player. In addition, the developers introduced some changes to espionage (ability to study the technology of more advanced countries) and diplomacy, e.g. it is now possible to show our attitude towards neighbors or to conduct our activities in the colonies while taking the native people into account.

The thirteenth installment in the popular series of turn-based strategy games with RPG elements, developed continuously since 1985 by Koei. The story is set in the 2nd century B.C. in China, during the reign of the Han Dynasty and the Three Kingdoms era that began afterwards. The story combines historical events with those presented in the 14th century novel called “Romance of the Three Kingdoms”, making the game a mix of actual places and characters as well as fictional plot events. In Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII, our task is to wage war by recruiting and training units, equipping them and commanding them directly in battles. The extensive turn-based combat system is complemented by the necessity of keeping the supply lines for our armies as well as conducting diplomatic activities and managing the conquered cities.

A narrative-driven adventure game created by Oldblood - an independent developer. The player takes on the role of a man who is sure that he will become a sadist in the future - the protagonist is haunted by hallucinations filled with brutality and those are supposedly premonitions of the crimes he is to commit. As for the source of such ominous inclinations, apparently his parents' genes are to blame for this. In Masochisia, the player explores the virtual environment, talks to NPCs, solves simple puzzles and makes different choices. The story is non-linear and the player is the one to decide which path is the protagonist going to take, and what will be the ending of this gloomy adventure. The game discusses subjects such as mental illness, depression, or both physical and psychological violence that children experience because of their parents' behavior. All of this is complemented by cartoonish, though grim-looking visuals, as well as a caricature-like art style.

Unlike its predecessor, which was only available for portable devices, Toukiden 2 was also released for PlayStation 3 and 4 home consoles. The game's mechanics are similar to those of the first installment, so it's still a hack and slash with RPG elements. The setting is again the fantasy world ravaged by armies of demons, and you play as a seasoned warrior, who's dedicated to defeat them. The combat system is based on spectacular combo attacks and requires some agility. When facing boss enemies, you need to use a proper strategy and take advantage of your opponent's weaknesses. Another game by Tomorrow Corporation, combining the mechanics of logic games with a rather serious topic (rarely occurs in the genre) and unique visuals. The player assumes the role of a corporate worker who begins their long way to the top, having taken up the lowest job position on the 1st floor. Each in-game level represents a year of work in the corporation, when the protagonist has to complete a certain task from their superior. To achieve this however, the player has to automatize certain actions using simple in-game programming. The tasks require the player to solve puzzles with numbers on particular pieces, as well as create the right combinations in order to reach the score needed. Human Resource Machine stands out both with an original concept, but also its surrealist visuals and story, which delivers a satire on the modern, corporate world.

After a huge meteorite hits the Earth, powerful, extremely aggressive monsters spread across the globe. Apart from unimaginable scale of destruction in the largest cities, the monsters cause natural disasters and weather anomalies. The player assumes command over a rescue team and their goal is to both help the survivors and fight the titular Kaiju. Thus the player explores subsequent maps, helps the locals and builds defensive structures capable of stopping waves of approaching monsters. Since particular kinds of Kaiju differ in their specifics and weapons they are more vulnerable to, the player has to make use of plenty of upgrades granting more and more powerful weaponry and gadgets. Alongside progression, the player expands the in-game bestiary which contains descriptions of particular monster species. Kaiju Panic comes with simplistic old-school visuals.

A wacky platformer game created specifically to deliver a multiplayer experience. The game was created by Juicy Beast - an independent Canadian developer popular mainly for the arcade title Knightmare Tower. In Toto Temple Deluxe, the players struggle to take a goat from one another and keep it on one's head for as long as possible; as for the goat itself, the animal lays eggs. The player who is running away from the others can defend themselves by performing dodges and activating a temporary shield at the right time. Those trying to get their hands on the runner need to acquire the goat for themselves. The players should remain on the lookout for various collectibles and power-ups, which grant useful bonuses both for the runner and the attackers. Toto Temple Deluxe offers several competition-driven modes and the players can either create teams or act on their own. Although the online multiplayer component is at the core of the game, one can also compete against bots here - in this case, the player can choose from different difficulty levels available. All of this is complemented by colorful, though relatively simplistic visuals. The action is viewed from a 2D perspective, which is typical for platformer games.

The third installment in a series of popular turn-based strategies enriched with RPG elements. The franchise has been developed by Tortuga Team - an independent Russian studio. This time, the player takes on the role of Captain Jim, whose goal is to find an ancient treasure. Making this happen often gets interrupted by other pirates the protagonist has to deal with, as well as sea monsters and hordes of undead. A story campaign is at the core of the game and the player is required to explore the game world, complete various story-based missions and side quests, recruit crew-members and fight the enemies encountered. In comparison to the previous installments, Braveland Pirate introduces an important change in the mechanics - the protagonist now takes part in fights directly, joining his team of companions having different weapons and abilities. Significantly, the range of combat abilities available gets wider alongside player progression; as for the battles as such, those take place both in at sea and on land. Changing the setting did not influence the art style of the visuals however - these are still both cartoonish and eye-pleasing.

The peace didn’t last for long, though, as Colonel Red, who took control over the mind of the protagonists’ older brother, Green, intends to restore the evil machine. Our task is obviously to thwart the plans of the ruthless evildoer. In 3D Gunstar Heroes, the player can combine up to four weapons to create powerful combos that wreak havoc on enemy ranks. The title also introduces Mega Life Mode that doubles the base hit points, as well as the possibility of selecting the targeting mode — apart from aiming while standing still, we can also choose a control pattern that lets us aim while in motion. Beside the single player mode, the production offers a local cooperation multiplayer. The game’s graphics were significantly improved in comparison to the original, although we can still launch the production with a special emulator that imitates the gameplay on a CRT display.

Sports, Manager, Football Manager, Football, Singleplayer.
A simplified version of Football Manager 2016 - another installment in the bestselling sports manager games series. It was developed by Sports Interactive with mobile platforms in mind. In the game, we assume the role of a manager of a football club playing league games of one of 50 countries. In comparison with the full-fledged installments of the series, the title lacks a number of business aspects of managing a club, focusing mostly on player selection and setting up match tactics. In addition, the manager's job includes the handling of player transfers and sales of the best players. Compared to its predecessor, Football Manager Touch 2016 is significantly more complex. We can watch every match thanks to implementation of the game engine known from the PC version. Moreover, the game offers a new mode, Create-A-Club, which allows us to form our very own football club from scratch.
