Avatar takes place in the 22nd century, on the moon of Pandora, which belongs to one of the great gas planets orbiting around Alfa Centauri star. Pandora, which has a rich ecosystem and is inhabited by a race of intelligent aliens called Na'vi, is the target of earthly corporations that want to obtain its valuable resources and minerals at all costs. While playing, players can take part in a conflict between Na'vi and greedy colonists, while exploring the fantastical landscapes of the moon.
