Candy Crush Soda Saga expands the ideas known from the previous installments of the series. The main objective of the game is, as always, to combine the elements found on the board into groups of at least three objects of the same type. However, this time, in addition to the candies, the game also features sodas. One of the main tasks is to use them to fill the levels. The core mechanics remain the same: player must connect colored water in the bottle with a candy that has the same color. The task must be completed within a limited number of moves. The less moves are used, the bigger the score. The game features colorful graphics similar to its predecessors.

An extensive logic game belonging to the so-called match 3 subgenre; it was developed by Playrix Games. The player assumes the role of a gardener whose task is to restore a parcel back to its former glory and discover the secrets of the place along the way. The entire game is set in a large garden divided into several sections. In terms of mechanics, typical "match-3-objects" rules were applied here. Thus the player's goal is to match pictures of different plants together to create spectacular-looking combinations, which results in scoring an adequate number of points. Those can be spent on gradual expanding of the parcel. The experience is diversified by numerous bonuses and hacks, such as stopping the passage of time for a short while. Between subsequent levels, the player is taken to story-based segments - during those, the protagonist can talk to different characters, buy new garden accessories and plant more and more beautiful pieces of greenery.

Each level features specific objectives to meet, such as obtaining specified high score or combining a predetermined number of specific candies. The game is more interesting thanks to various bonuses such as explosives which can be detonated after matching a larger number of candies in one go. These explosions can clear large parts of the level at once. The game features colorful, “cartoonish” graphics and it employs a typical free-to-play distribution model with microtransactions.

The game features segments, during which you participate in sieges — while in some missions you are the invader, in other you have to defend your fortress. During the game, most of the screen consists of a map divided into 42 fields, and your task is to manipulate the randomly-generated symbols to combine at least three of the same kind. This is how you summon units, which automatically charge into battle, and the more elements are there in a combination, the more powerful is the summoned character. Moreover, from time to time you can activate a huge cannon, which scatters the enemy units, while simple RPG elements allow you to develop your units. The Long Siege utilizes the premium financial model and features no microtransactions.

The protagonist of Nibblers is a fish named Coral who sets out for a fruit hunt with its sea friends. Their task is made difficult by omnipresent lizards and harmful traps. Mechanics-wise, it is a clone of the popular Candy Crush Saga, while the gameplay boils down to moving elements that can be found in subsequent levels and combining them into groups that number three or more identical objects. Moreover, on every stage, not only do we have to score a given amount of points but also fight with the aforementioned lizards as well as complete various extra challenges. Completing these goals is slightly complicated because of limited movement. Luckily, our sea friends, who play the role of power-ups, are there to help us.

As a reward for wins, the players receive experience points and coins. Both items enable us to develop our account and unlock useful abilities, acquire equipment (e.g. weapons, pieces of clothing, helmets), or upgrade the boat used to move around the game world.

The game takes place in the Horribilorum Sorcery Academy, and your task is to brew increasingly complicated potions. To succeed, you have to follow the instructions and choose the right ingredients. When you clear one of them, just like in any other match-3 game, the ones above them fall down, often diametrically changing the whole board. If two components of the same kind touch, they explode. Another obstacle is the limited capacity of the ingredients container. Potion Explosion features a single player mode, in which you play against the AI, and a multiplayer mode, in which you compete with other players. There is also an online ranking to display you accomplishments.

They have to use the force locked in four magic artifacts in order to stop the god of evil returning life. In Hero Emblems, the player has to fight groups of opponents and powerful bosses. Combat is turn-based and performing an action – e.g. launching an attack, activating defensive techniques, selecting a special ability, and healing others – is possible after joining a group of same objects set on the board composed of 56 fields. The enemies are very diversified and unique, making the gameplay entertaining. In between the battles, one can explore the in-game world, interact with NPCs, and develop their characters.

Ticket to Earth takes place in a distant future in one of the space colonies established by humanity. An unexpected catastrophe forces the inhabitants to evacuate back to Earth. Unfortunately, the only means of evacuation is a single starliner that can hold only a small portion of the citizens. A riot breaks out, while the colony itself is under attack from peacekeeping robots, bandits, and aggressive mutants. The player assumes control of a group of four heroes that attempt to discover the truth behind the unexpected downfall of the colony. The action of the game is seen from an isometric perspective. The campaign is divided into missions that see us take part in turn-based encounters on a board covered by a square grid with tiles marked with different symbols. Stepping on a field bolsters the attached ability. As a result, the key to success lies in crossing as many fields as possible with one move, which is rewarded with useful bonuses. Aside from the above, the authors have introduced an extensive skill tree of a hundred abilities divided between four schools.
