Farming Simulator 17 is another installment in the series of simulators of farm. This time, the game was published by Focus Home Interactive, but the development was still carried out by GIANTS Software, known from the previous parts of this series. The mechanics remain unchanged - the players become farmers, who need to take good care of their establishment. During the game, much attention has to be paid to the economic side of the management - the right equipment needs to be purchased, used for sawing, gathering crops, and moving the goods around. Traditionally, the player can control many different machines, all with official licenses from real manufacturers, and personally take care of various tasks in the field. The new installment obviously introduces some changes and novelties. Contrary to previous games, Farming Simulator 17 was released on PC, XONE and PS4 simultaneously.

Goat Simulator is a humorous simulator that serves as a commercial extension of the joke game made by Swedish Coffee Stain (known primarily from the Sanctum series). The game lets you control a crazy goat named Pilgor which destroys everything in the virtual world. The goal is to cause as much damage as possible with the use of a wide range of absurd accessories, like rockets, explosives, etc. It was the developers’ ambition to create a big cliché parody, mocking low-budget simulators. Therefore, Goat Simulator features loads of purposely implemented humorous bugs. The editor gives you a chance to create your own levels and share them with others through the Internet. On the technical side, the game utilizes the power of Unreal Engine 3.

Gradually earned money is invested into expansion of the aquarium, new species and taking care of the animals bought previously. All of that increases player’s popularity and income. Megaquarium features a large variety of fish types, each with unique needs that must be taken care of for the business to remain profitable. The player must also hire workers, maintain their happiness and develop their skills. Unhappy employee will leave the company and the player will lose resources invested in their training. Employees, visitors and fish are partially unpredictable, forcing the player to frequently look for ways to control the situation when having only limited impact on the events.
