A rhythm game developed for PlayStation 4. DJMAX Respect is a special annual installment of the DJMAX series which was started in 2004 by the Korean company Neowiz. Similarly to Guitar Hero or Rock Band, it uses a vertical board divided into several tracks where colorful bricks appear and move down towards the bottom. Each track is assigned a gamepad button which we have to press when a brick is in the corresponding field. DJMAX Respect features a hundred songs taken from DJMAX Portable and DJMAX Portable 2. The music library can be also expanded by buying additional tunes in the form of DLC. Apart from a standard arcade mode, in which we select songs from the list, DJMAX Respect offers a campaign that consists of a number of missions that add different kinds of limitations and difficulties. Moreover, the title allows us to compete 1 vs 1, both over the Internet and locally on a single console.

Another installment of the popular dancing game series by Ubisoft. In Just Dance 2016, the fun is about dancing to the hottest hits of pop music. Video clips with dancers showing us the moves are displayed on the screen and our task is to recreate the choreography as faithfully as possible. The biggest novelty of this installment is the introduction of the Just Dance Controller application, thanks to which all we need to play is a smartphone held in our hand. An original co-op logic game developed by an independent studio Steel Crate Games. One player assumes the role of a person who needs to defuse a bomb, while other players have to tell him how to do it. The ticking clock and the fact that each bomb is generated randomly make the title even more difficult. The person tasked with defusing has to supply the other players with detailed information which will enable them to identify the type of the bomb they are currently dealing with. Due to the nature of Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes, you will need only one copy of the game and the bomb defusal manual, which can be found at http://www.bombmanual.com/, to play with friends. The title features simple and transparent graphics as well as optional support of VR devices, which are, however, not required to play the game.

The next installment in the popular series of dancing games developed by Ubisoft. The series allows the player to feel like the professional pop dancers who accompany the greatest stars on the top scenes of the world. In Just Dance 2017 the basic gameplay mechanics remained unchanged in comparison to the previous entries in the franchise. During the game the player must repeat the movements of the dancers displayed on the screen and the system (which, depending on the gaming platform employs different controls) will grade performance and technique. The game, as usually, is filled with licensed hits of such performers as Queen, Shakira, will.i.am, David Guetta, Sia, Justin Bieber and PSY. It is worth mentioning that Just Dance 2017 is the first installment of the series that was released also on personal computers.

An original logic game developed by the independent studio Vile Monarch. The players take part in insult duels in various environments and against a variety of different characters — we can even engage in verbal fencing with a cranky old lady, fake Russian, or a hipster. Available insults that we select from a long list can be combined into spectacular combos. Our activities on the unusual battlefield are watched over a special point-awarding system, and the highest award can also be acquired after creating a critical insult. In Oh...Sir!! The Insult Simulator, we can play both solo and against other players — the multiplayer mode allows us to play over the Internet or on a split-screen. The game features simple graphics, fully voiced dialogues, and a unique humor that brings Monty Python's Flying Circus to mind.

PaRappa the Rapper Remastered is a remaster of the music game released on PlayStation in 1996 and on PSP ten years later. We play as the titular rapping dog who tries his best to win the heart of his crush, Sunny Funny. PaRappa is aided by his two friends, cat enthusiast Katy Kat and the chubby bear PJ Berri, in his musical stunts. Gameplay did not change at all and remains the same as in the original game: PaRappa has to do many things to impress Sunny Funny. All of that happens to the beat of music and requires the players to have a sense of rhythm and good knowledge of the game's controls. The biggest improvement introduced by the remaster are the game's visuals, which are now in much higher resolution. The game also allows us to use the DualShock 4 controller as a metronome.
