Mass Effect Andromeda: Liam Kosta Armor Diplomacy

How to unlock: Speak with Liam [Tempest].

Here you can find the guide for Liam Kosta: Armor Diplomacy quest. This is one of the side quests in Mass Effect: Andromeda game that belongs to the category called "Allies and relationships". This quest is connected with Liam and you get it by talking with him on Tempest. You must help Liam in completing his armor project.

Unlocking the quest

During one of the meetings with Liam you can learn about his project. Ask him about it. Liam wants you to help him in getting the project approved and completed. You will also get a blueprint (Liam's Armor Requisition Blueprint) from him.

Finish Liam's project

Use one of the Research and Development terminals (e.g. the one in Tempest's center deck), go to Development screen and select Special Items tab. Liam's Armor Requisition should be on the list. To create it you must use 10 units of aluminum and 10 units of iron but those materials are rather common so you should have them already (if not, you can buy them or find during exploration). After creating it speak with Liam and inform him about this fact.
