How to unlock: Establish an outpost at any of the planets

This section contains a walkthrough for Liam Kosta: Outpost Worlds, one of "allies and relationships" side quests found in Mass Effect: Andromeda. The quest involves meeting with Liam, and will be unlocked automatically once you've managed to establish a second outpost in the Andromeda galaxy (the players can choose between Havarl and Voeld).

Analyzing a planet when considering it for an outpost

The quest will unlock the ability to analyze a planet when considering it suitable for an Andromeda Initiative outpost. The research is performed through certain quests that enable the player to increase the chosen planet's viability level.

Havarl becomes suitable once you've managed to complete A Dying Planet - a quest that involves visiting the Remnant vault and activating all of the monoliths.

This quest on Voeld can be continued after completing Settling Voeld side quest which means that planet's viability is at least at 40%. After that you must visit Andromeda Initiative outpost.

You can complete this quest's objective when you are on planet Kadara and you completed Settling Kadara quest. Besides increasing planet's viability to, at least, 40% you must also perform other actions. Their description can be found in the guide for this particular quest.

You can complete this quest's objective when you are on planet Elaaden and you completed Settling Elaaden side quest. Besides increasing planet's viability to, at least, 40% you must also perform other actions. Their description can be found in the guide for this particular quest (especially important are the Krogan problems from New Tuchanka).

Rewards for finishing the quest: XP, Andromeda Viability Points.
