To be honest, when I saw this question for the first time I was puzzled by it myself and almost reached for the Internet to help me. However, I stopped for a second and looked at it one more time. It became clear to me. The answer is not as difficult as it seems at first glance.

1. A, C, D3, E, K2, B12 – Vitamins.

That’s right, all of these letters are the names for vitamins. I should know that from the very beginning, as I take some every day. Of course, all of the above are good for something. Wondering what is behind those cryptic symbols?

1. A – it helps our vision and immune system.
2. C – we don’t have time to list all things which this vitamin is good for (supports our immune system, collagen formation or tissue repair and more). So, eat your fruits, especially citruses.
3. D3 – it helps us absorb other important elements (especially calcium). It can be created by the exposure to the sunlight (with my PC oriented life I wouldn’t go far with only that, though), and absorbed as dietary supplements.
4. E – protects our cell membranes.
5. K2 – it has key role in preventing blood clotting. Moreover, it supports bones and cardiovascular health.
6. B12 – it is important for many body functions, including red blood cell formation.
