Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition Will Get First DLC in 2021
Lords of the West will be the first expansion for Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition. The launch is scheduled for early 2021.
- At the beginning of next year the first expansion for Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition will be released.
- It will introduce two new civilizations and three campaigns.
Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition will receive the first DLC early next year. Lords of the West, because that's the title, will expand the game with two new civilizations, three campaigns, additional technologies and units, all of which will be sprinkled with further achievements.
The new expansion will enable us to lead Sicilians and Burgundians. Two of the three campaigns will be linked to the new factions. In the third, we will lead Edward I Longshanks and his Britons.
The new units in Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition - Lords of the West will be:
- coutillier (Burgundy);
- Flanders County Militia (Burgundy);
- Serjeant (Sicily);
Lords of the West DLC will debut on Steam and Windows Store on January 26, 2021.
