Burger King's PS5 Ad Confirms Sound on Console Booting

Burger King released an online ad that refers to PlayStation 5, with sound that is likely to accompany the booting sequence of the console. This matches an earlier leak showing the booting of PS5.

The fast food chain Burger King has posted a Twitter commercial referring to PlayStation 5. In the video, we see the company's mascot open the packaging from which a blue light shines. There's also a sound in the background that might accompany us as we boot Sony's console (interestingly, it coincides with a recent leak, which suggests it is the real thing). The material is lined with the text "Do Whopper sandwiches normally do this?".

The video is very popular - so far it has been watched over 2.1 million times. For the time being, it's hard to say what the mysterious commercial is about, but the most probable one seems to be a competition related to PS5. It cannot be ruled out that a sequel to Sneak King will be released on this platform (the first and so far the only part of this little-known production was released on the original Xbox and Xbox 360). We will find out more on October 15.

PlayStation 5 will debut on November 12, this year.
