The patch enriching Children of Morta with online co-op mode has been released. Fow now the mode is available only on PC.
Roguelike action RPG Children of Morta has finally received a network co-op mode. Previously, this option was only available locally.
The release of network co-op means that Dead Mage has fully implemented the game's roadmap revealed over two years ago.
Children of Morta was released in September 2019 on PC, and was later ported to Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The game is also available as part of Game Pass - both on PC and XONE.
Since its release, the game has received updates including new items and difficulty options, an additional playable character, and New Game Plus, Endless and Family Trials gameplay modes. Also released were two paid DLCs - Ancient Spirits and Paws and Claws.
To celebrate the release of the Fellowship Sanctuary update a free trial period was organized on Steam, which enables us to test the game (including online co-op mode) without paying until February 18.
If you like the game during this time, you can take advantage of 65% discount, thanks to which Children of Morta can be purchased on Steam for around $7. On the other hand, for $10 you will get a package, which includes the base game and two expansions. These deals will also remain valid until February 18.
