Elden Ring Hides Reference to Iconic Star Wars Scene

The famous fight scene between Obi-Wan and Anakin from Star Wars has found a spot in Elden Ring. Fans of the movie adaptation are delighted with the in-game reference.

While playing Elden Ring one user noticed an interesting reference to an iconic scene from Star Wars, specifically episode three, i.e. Revenge of the Sith. This tragic scene echoes in the memory of all who have seen the movie.

An iconic scene from Star Wars in Elden Ring

Elden Ring player known as Educational_Table52 shared a screenshot showing a message referring to Obi-Wan Kenobi's iconic statement. "Behold, high spot! Therefore give up!" sounds similar to the iconic "It's over Anakin, I have the high ground." The statement was directed at his disciple, Anakin Skywalker, who had then become Kenobi's enemy.

During the fight, Obi-Wan took an advantageous position on a small hill and warned his student not to attack him. As is known, Anakin did not retreat and as a result lost both legs and an arm. In the game, on the other hand, the message appears on a rough shore next to a lava lake on Mount Halmir, which is also reminiscent of the planet Mustafar from Star Wars.

Combining two such well-liked worlds is obviously a cool idea that will surely appeal to many fans of the movie and the game. Perhaps it will even encourage people to keep playing Elden Ring, to find even more similar easter eggs.
