F2P Game Elyon a Week After Launch - Bugs and Server Issues

It's been a few days since the release of the free-to-play game Elyon and quite a few player reviews have appeared on Steam. Unfortunately, they are strongly divided.

IN A NUTSHELL:
  • A lot of reviews of Elyon have appeared on Steam;
  • New MMO from the creators of TERA has received mixed reviews;
  • Most players complain about the game's technical condition.

While New World has captured the minds of MMO fans around the world, it's not the only game of its kind to launch recently. On October 19 we also got Elyon, a free production by the Korean studio Bluehole Studio, Inc., also responsible, among other things, for the popular TERA. Unfortunately, we already know that the new game divided the players.

Currently, on Steam, the title collects mixed reviews from users. Only 50% of them are positive. The reluctance of players was mainly due to the game's technical condition. Most of them complain about problems with servers, constant lags and bugs that prevent them from enjoying the game. The game's basic design was also criticized. For many people it is just a clone of Black Desert Online that does not offer anything new.

Some players have begun to predict the game's imminent demise. So far, its activity numbers remain at a constant level, although admittedly not too high. At the peak moment, the game was played a bit over 15 thousand people at the same time. Every day in the evening hours the title gathers around itself more or less as many users. So this sudden drop of activity is nowhere to be seen, at least for now.

The question remains, however, how long players will tolerate constant problems with servers. More complaints about them come in every day.
