Five-year-old Valorant Player Wins 4-on-1 Duel

A video posted on one of Valorant-related Twitter profiles shows a five-year-old boy showing off his skills. He defeated his opponents in a 4-on-1 situation.

IN A NUTSHELL:
  • Valorant News profile on Twitter posted a video of a duel between a certain five-year-old and four opponents;
  • The juvenile player had little difficulty dispatching his opponents;
  • It should be noted that Valorant has a PEGI 16 classification.

Administrators of one of the unofficial profiles of Valorant on Twitter published some very interesting footage. In the video we can see a five-year-old boy wiping the floor his opponents. The match started off in a fairly standard way, but soon after the game began all the members of the young player's team were killed except for him. The five-year-old was not discouraged by the difficult situation. He successfully stood up to the enemy team and after a while dealt with them in a spectacular way.

The achievement of the five-year-old must inspire admiration. Many professional players of Riot Games titles would have serious problems if put in a similar situation. After the game, the young player decided to brag about his achievement to his father.

Thanks to this feat, the five-year-old will probably gain a lot of recognition on the Internet. However, there is a problem with the young player's achievement. Valorant has PEGI 16 rating, which means that the content presented in the game is not suitable for people under this age.

A sign of the times is a situation where parents do not control what exactly their kids do in their free time. Youngsters are consequently exposed to scenes that are not intended for people of their age. In this case, we are dealing with a situation in which the game is played with parental consent. The published video shows that the father of the young gamer is aware of the form of entertainment that his child is taking part in.

The issue is a significant problem, because although experts say that violent games do not raise levels of aggression, it is worth remembering that Valorant is an online game. In this case, there is a risk of encountering toxic players, whose behavior can reflect negatively on minors. Children are more sensitive to this type of content than adults. The disproportion between the age of the player and the PEGI recommendation is also striking. In such cases, it is advisable that the game is always played under the supervision of guardians, who will be able to intervene if necessary.

Valorant is a free-to-play online shooter. The title launched in June 2020 on PC and received mixed reception. In his review, Paul noted that Riot Games' title is a very successful conglomeration of ideas taken from other representatives of the genre.
