Map in Forza Horizon 5 Will be 1.5 Times Bigger Than in FH4

Forza Horizon 5 is not only next-gen graphics and streamlined gameplay. It's also 1.5 times bigger game world, because virtual Mexico is to offer an area of over 100 square kilometers.

The announcement of Forza Horizon 5 during the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase made quite an impression on the audience watching Microsoft's presentation. Journalists were also delighted with the new installment of the racing game series, which can be seen both in the previews, as well as the results of voting during E3 2021 Game Awards. To the admiration of visuals and various gameplay improvements must be added praise for the size of the virtual Mexico. According to estimates by Nick "AR12Gaming" Adrev, the new Forza offers more than 107 km2 of terrain to drive. Indeed, the developers promise (via IGN) that FH5 will offer a world one and a half times bigger than the fourth installment (about 71.46 km2) and almost twice as big as Forza Horizon 3 (about 60.4 km2).

Of course, filling up the map so that it's not too empty (and doesn't drown in too many tedious side activities) remains a separate issue. However, in the context of the excellent Forza Horizon 4 fans probably have no reason to worry and can expect another phenomenal racing game from Playground Games.FH5 will launch on November 9, 2021 on PC, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One. In the case of PC, you can check out the game's system requirements.
