Today the games NecroCity and TerraScape, two promising productions in the city-builder category, will debut on Steam.
Today is a bountiful day for lovers of city builders. After all, in a few hours two games of this type will debut in Steam's Early Access - Polish NecroCity and German TerraScape, which will enrich traditional strategy game mechanics with elements characteristic of card games.
The cool thing is that both games take a strongly different approach to the genre. In NecroCity the traditional mechanics have been enriched with tower defense elements. In addition to the traditional city expansion, we also have to train an army and erect automatic defense structures to repel the attacks of enemy forces.
TerraScape, in turn. adds card game elements to the city-builder mechanics, and the entire gameplay takes place in a turn-based system.
Finally, it is worth quoting the system requirements of both games.
