Hellish Quart, fighting game about 17th-century fencing duels, will launch in early access today. The title will go on sale at 09:00 AM PT and will be available for purchase on Steam.
The early version will offer only local multiplayer and skirmishes against AI, both in the form of duels and survival mode. Online mode will be officially added only in the future, but those who do not want to wait will be able to use the Steam Remote Play feature.
The version that will launch today on Steam will offer five characters and six arenas. The full release is expected to offer a dozen fighters featuring twelve different fighting styles on 12 maps. Six AI modes and a single-player story campaign are also planned. We'll also be able to change characters' clothes and polish our skills in sparring mode, in which we'll use training weapons.
Hellish Quart will spend from one to two years in early access, so we'll have to wait quite a lot of time for the full version. It's worth adding that we don't have to wait for the release in Early Access to play the game. A demo of the project is available on Steam for some time.
Before deciding to buy the early version of Hellish Quart it's worth to get acquainted with the game's system requirements
