- Find your folder with the game. It is most likely on your C drive: steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance2. You can also go to KCD2 in your Steam library, right-click it, pick Manage and Local files.
- Next, go to the folder Bin and copy everything from Win64Shared (steam\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance2\Bin\Win64Shared).
- Now paste files to the other folder in Bin - Win64MasterMasterSteamPGO (steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance2\Bin\Win64MasterMasterSteamPGO).
The game should work now!
