I have found one of the most difficult Buzzwords in Cookie Jam – “Don’t be crumby, let’s jam.” If you have as many problems with it, as I do, read our guide.
Buzzwords in Cookie Jam are sometimes difficult. However, most of the time the hints are useful, and we can figure out the solutions. Sometimes, though, they are too enigmatic, to the point that it is hard to guess what the author tried to tell us. For me, this is the case with “Don’t be crumby, let’s jam!”, as I had no idea what it is about.
“Don’t be crumby, let’s jam” is a vague hint, to put it mildly. There are many words which fit this description. My first thought was “party” (as in “don’t be sad/angry, let’s play/party”). There was no “y” though. So, my next guess was “toast.” We can eat them with jam, they are also crumby. Imagine my shock when I pressed “p” letter and it was a miss. At that point I hit the wall because there are many 5-letter words, and I did not have any good candidate for the answer. However, at last, I managed to figure this out, and the answer is:
Knowing what the answer is, I agree that this hint fits it. Scone is traditional British and Irish baked food. It’s made of oatmeal or wheat flour and baking powder. Of course, it can be eaten with jam. However, the hint was too vague for me to solve it in a timely manner. Hopefully, this guide will help you to do it faster.
Once you conquer this puzzle about British and Irish cuisine, be prepared to face “Salty or spicy, but not sweet.” I think that I know the answer… But first, let’s earn those points to test it. Good luck.
