To get Ophidian Iris in Diablo 4, make sure you are on at least Torment 1 level difficulty. Then, defeat one of the three bosses to have a chance to get this unique amulet:
Ophidian Iris is a unique amulet designed for the Sorcerer class. It is one of several new unique items added to Diablo 4 in season 9. Certainly, players who want to enhance the skill that summons Hydra will be happy with this amulet. Mainly for the reason that all Hydra's heads above 3 makes it larger and deals more damage (at cost of spawning max 3 heads). On top of that, its every attack will trigger an explosion on hit. Players who also want to boost their fire damage will definitely want to get this item, as one of the affixes boosts Pyromancy Damage.
Please note, some players are complaining that Ophidian Iris is bugged and may drop with only three affixes. It is possible to get the amulet without the Pyromancy Damage boost. It is not known whether the game developers will also fix this problem in already acquired items. So, if this problem affects you, wait with farming for a patch that fixes it.
