More Than 700 Projects for $5 in Itch.io's Bundle for Racial Justice and Equality

Itch.io offers Bundle for Racial Justice and Equality. For $5 we receive over 700 projects, including Oxenfree and Night in the Woods.

Night in the Woods is one of several hundred items available in the set prepared by itch.io.

The last few days were full of reports on the current situation in the USA after the death of George Floyd, which, unfortunately, is manifested mainly by subsequent dalays of events and declarations of support for the Black Lives Matter movement. The latter was joined by itch.io, which didn't limit itself to verbal support for the action. The platform released a set, named Bundle for Racial Justice and Equality, enabling gus to buy over 700 positions worth almost 3.5 thousand dollars for 5 dollars. Of course we can opay more if we want to help achieve the declared goal of $2 million. Originally it was much lower, but six hours was enough to raise 234 thousand dollars.

Of course, the set does not include extremely expensive game: most of them are projects from small studios or single artists (in total over 560 developers have made their works available in the set), and some of them are completely free either way. Nevertheless, there are a handful of gems like Night in the Woods, Oxenfree, Minit, etc., which can be considered a good reason to pick up interest in the package (unless, of course, we have taken advantage of previous promotions). The full list of games can be found on the official website of Bundle for Racial Justice and Equality. It should be mentioned, however, that itch.io has announced adding another few hundred items before the end of the action, i.e. before June 16.
