New game from Silent Hill 2 Remake devs brings to mind Dead Space. Check out the gameplay trailer for Cronos: The New Dawn
Bloober Team studio showcased a new gameplay trailer for Cronos: The New Dawn. The trailer presented enemies that are especially dangerous when they merge.

The Polish studio Bloober Team has released new materials from their upcoming survival horror game, Cronos: The New Dawn. We saw a fresh gameplay trailer, which at some moments may resemble Dead Space.
In the trailer above, you can see the enemies we will encounter in the New World - they are mutated monsters called the Orphans. As a result of a catastrophe referred to as the Change, they became deformed beings, attacking everything that moves.
Even if we defeat individual Orphans, the danger won't disappear. Their remains can be absorbed by living abominations, which will give them a big buff; they'll become faster, tougher, and gain new abilities. To avoid fighting with merged monsters, we must burn the bodies of killed enemies.
Dead Space fans may find several common elements of both games in the presented gameplay trailer. In Cronos: The New Dawn, we also get that dark, mysterious atmosphere, and the mutated creatures kind of look like necromorphs. Furthermore, the main character, the Traveler, is similar to Isaac Clarke from the Electronic Arts game in terms of his suit and movement style.
