  • The company also boasted about the results of games associated with the Pokemon brand;
  • These titles sold more than 30 million copies within the year.

The latest financial report prepared by Nintendo featured some information about upcoming titles. Among them we can find for example the eagerly awaited Bayonetta 3.

The company also boasted of its results. Particularly noteworthy are revenues associated with the Pokemon brand.

Bayonetta 3 is still under development

Bayonetta 3 is a title about which there has not been much info lately. Fans of the series have not been fed much new information and some may have started to speculate that the project has some problems.

Thankfully, Nintendo has confirmed that the game is still in development and its release is slowly approaching. According to the published report, the title is expected to debut later this year, so it looks like it won't suffer any delays.

Unfortunately, no exact release date was given. No additional information about the game was also shared. What remains for fans is the trailer from last year.

The report also included information about other games that will debut in 2022 on Nintendo Switch. You can find their full list below:

Nintendo also boasted excellent sales results for Pokemon games. The titles associated with the brand sold more than 30 million copies within 12 months (until March 31).

The biggest impact on this result had Pokemon Legends: Arceus and Pokemon Brilliant Diamond/Shining Pearl. Both games are responsible for nearly 27 million copies sold.

This is a good prognosis for the future. This year Nintendo Switch will see debut of two big games: Pokemon: Scarlet and Violet.
