Have you ever wondered how a mix of Forager, Satisfactory, and Factorio in space would look like? Dream no more as not long ago such game was released. Nova Lands is a title about building, exploration, and island management. Getting further into the game will provide you with access to bots which will help you automate mundane activities.

What game it would be without exploration though? Uncovering new hexagonal tiles, landmarks, creatures, and many other things is crucial for game progression. While getting out of your base to find new resources, you may stumble upon a tile with a big, grey tower with altars inside. Let’s find out how to open it.

How to open Mysterious Tower in Nova Lands

While adventuring you will probably bump into an ominous, grey tower. On your map you will see it’s called Mysterious Tower Island. Inside you will find 5 altars standing in the middle of differently coloured hexagonal tiles. In order to activate the elevator in the middle of the room you must put a sacrifice object on each of the altars.

Each of the altars require an object from corresponding biome. To complete the puzzle, you have to use following items:

  1. Violet altar – Cornilia Flower,
  2. Dark blue altar – Stretshroom,
  3. Yellow altar – Cactus Flower,
  4. Green altar – Berry,
  5. Grey altar – Stone.

After placing all the items on altars, they will burst in flames which indicates that the riddle has been solved. With that done, you will now be able to use the elevator.

On top of the tower, you will find a huge, blue dragon-like creature called Drameleon. It will not be hostile though as it will fly away upon noticing you, leaving three shards of Behemuttium. Solving the puzzle is a way of skipping the fight with the Drameleon.
