Number of Game Pass users has been leaked. Microsoft is hiding it, but one employee offered more recent data
Xbox Game Pass has more than 35 million subscribers, according to information from one of Microsoft's managers.

Supposedly, over 35 million users are actively subscribing to Xbox Game Pass services.
These are not official data, as Microsoft has not revealed any information on this subject this year. The source of this information is Kevin K.'s profile, the program manager responsible for the "operations" of Xbox Game Pass. In the job description, Kevin mentioned "ensuring an increase in the number of subscribers from 0 to over 35 million people worldwide."
Some internet users were a bit surprised (via Timur222 on X) that the number is not significantly higher than the latest official data. In February 2024, Microsoft reported 34 million subscribers to Xbox Game Pass.
It's worth noting that we can't be sure when the Microsoft employee added this information to his profile. This could have happened this month or a year ago, so it's hard to tell how relevant this data is. Assuming that this takes into account PC Game Pass subscribers, it doesn't quite align with Microsoft's reported 45% revenue growth (keep in mind, this refers to earnings, not necessarily the number of users).
