Anubis is a humanoid creature wearing a cap with ears and clothes in gold, black and blue. He is ground element Pal.
Anubis is very rare. You can’t meet them randomly during the exploration. It only occurs in one specific place. Look for this critter at the Twilight Dunes, a desert biome located more or less in the central part of the map. So it is difficult to miss this place.
