Prince of Persia: Sands of Time Remake Delayed Again

Ubisoft once again delayed the release of Prince of Persia: Sands of Time Remake. This time no new release date was provided.

When we last wrote about Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake, the reason was that the release was delayed due to - let's call it - general 2020 setbacks. Unfortunately, the developers' next announcement informs us that the game's debut has once again been postponed to a later date. What's worse, this time not even an approximate date was given.

Truth be told, no reasons for this decision were given, although the post shared on Twitter mentioned fan feedback and the desire to provide a game as "fresh" and as faithful to the original game from 2003 as possible. Probably the devs referred to the critical comments of players, which resulted in improving the game's visuals. Probably the restrictions imposed in connection with the outbreak of the coronavirus and the resulting impediments to development also did their part. Perhaps that's why Ubisoft prefers not to provide a specific date until everything is ready. Let's hope that this will happen soon and the creators will reveal the new release date.
