Leak Shows Returnal With DLSS Support on PC

A short video of a previously unreleased gameplay footage from Returnal has leaked online, showing the array of available graphic settings in the PC version. The material suggests the game will receive DLSS support, among other things.

Although we still haven't seen an official announcement of Returnal's release on PC, we can assume with a high degree of probability that the 2021 hit will eventually make its way to the platform.

The development of a PC version of the game has been talked about for some time, and now further evidence that a PC version is being developed has hit the web - a video in which we can see the game's graphic settings on PC - has been leaked.

The leak, which originally appeared on IconEra forum, introduces us to the game's graphic options menu; we see, among other things, support for NVIDIA DLSS, but also the competing AMD FSR feature.

You can watch the video in the linked thread, but it's not out of the question that it will soon be taken off YouTube by Sony.

As you can see, both DLSS and FSR are available in several modes: Balanced, Performance, Quality and Ultra.

In addition, another feature of Nvidia's graphics cards, Nvidia Image Scaling (NIS), also appears, which in a nutshell also serves to improve performance, but at a slightly higher cost in terms of image quality.

Among the leaked graphic options we can also see features such as ray tracing, but also dynamic resolution, which will allow for automatic changes in resolution depending on whether what is happening on the screen puts more or less strain on our hardware more or less.

Although we are still unsure about when Returnal's launch on PC will be announced, all signs on heaven and earth say that PC gamers have something to look forward to. For the time being, this space roguelike-shooter can be played exclusively on PS5.
