Independent studio DigixArt presented its new production - Road 96. This title will be an adventure game focusing on an escape from a totalitarian state, based on procedurally generated events.
At this year's The Game Awards gala, the French studio DigixArt (responsible for 11-11: Memories Retold and Lost In Harmony: Kaito's Adventure) announced its new title - Road 96. It will be a procedurally generated adventure game in which we will play as a traveller who wants to cross the border of a totalitarian country in 1996.
The game will be based on random events that we will encounter during the expedition - we will decide, among other things, who we want to travel with and how we will treat other travelers. There will be no shortage of action-packed and emotional scenes that will influence our fate and the end of the story. There will be thousands of opportunities for the players to lead their adventure in Road 96. The game will be released in 2021 and for the time being, only the PC version has been announced.
