Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun - Aiko's Choice Announced

Daedalic Entertainment and Mimimi Games announced a standalone expansion for Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun - Aiko's Choice, which will focus on the adventures of the titular Ninja warrior.

The spring edition of the Future Games Show was preceded by a fifteen-minute pre-show segment dedicated to Daedalic Entertainment's upcoming games. One of the most interesting news turned out to be the announcement of Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun - Aiko's Choice, a standalone expansion for the excellent tactical game from 2016.

The team behind the expansion is Mimimi Games, the studio that also developed the base game, and Desperados 3. The add-on will focus on the character of the titular kunoichi, i.e. female ninja, Aiko. She is a master of camouflage, able to disguise as a geisha, for example, in order to draw the attention of enemies. The heroine thought she had left her murderous profession behind her, but the return of a threat from her past will force her to fight again. Her old comrades will help her.

This add-on will enable us to play three long missions and the same amount of short interludes.

Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun - Aiko's Choice will be released at the end of this year on PC.
