SUPER MEAT BOY FOREVER IN A NUTSHELL:
  1. Developer: Team Meat
  2. Publisher: Team Meat
  3. Genre: platform 2D
  4. Platforms: PC, XONE, PS4, Switch
  5. Release date: 2019

We have bad news for players waiting for the release of Super Meat Boy Forever. Team Meat studio responsible for this project informed that the game would be delayed. Initially, the title was to make its debut this month. Unfortunately, no new release date has been given. The only thing promised was that the delay would not be big.

The reason for the delay is traditionally the desire to have extra time to finish the game. The devs are satisfied with the current pace of progress, but the team would have to speed up a lot in order to be able to get to the release before the end of this month. However, the studio does not want to copy the practices of large publishers, in which, shortly before the release, developers almost do not leave work.

We have been waiting for Super Meat Boy Forever for a very long time. The title was announced in 2014 and at that time the devs created it mainly for mobile devices. Then the devs went silent for a few years. In 2017 the developers showed new materials and then it turned out that the title went through a considerable metamorphosis, transforming into a more expansive game for PCs and consoles.

Let's remind that Super Meat Boy Forever hit PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. PC version of the game will be available for the first year only on Epic Games Store. Those who prefer Steam will have to wait until 2020.
