These brick sets are sure to be a hit with Command & Conquer fans. BlueBrixx delivers nearly official C&C builds

There are plenty of game-themed brick sets out there, like LEGO’s Tallneck from Horizon Forbidden West or MEGA’s Red Rocket inspired by Fallout 3. But this company just made an announcement that caught me off guard. BlueBrixx recently revealed their Crystal Conflict sets – doesn’t ring a bell at first, right? But once you see the pictures, any Command & Conquer fan will do a double take.

BlueBrixx’s new brick sets channel the spirit of Tiberium Wars

The Crystal Conflict sets from BlueBrixx’s subsidiary brand Modbrix seem heavily inspired by Command & Conquer games, especially the Tiberium Wars. The sets feature structures and vehicles that look suspiciously similar to Brotherhood of Nod units, along with tiny crystals (definitely not Tiberium, wink wink).

Since BlueBrixx doesn’t have an official C&C license, they’re likely avoiding direct references, but any fan of the series will recognize the similarities immediately. It’s one of those ‘we know what this really is’ situations.

There will be three Crystal Conflict sets that can be combined together:

1. Powerplant + Airport + Obelisk with 7878 pieces.
2. Building Yard + Barracks with 788 pieces.
3. Refinery + Silo with 786 pieces.

The prices and release date for the upcoming brick sets haven't been revealed yet, but I'll definitely be keeping an eye on them.

BlueBrixx is a German company that started producing their brick sets around 2017. They initially focused on trains, military vehicles, and architecture before expanding into other themed sets like animals. They even have a bunch of Star Trek sets (like this Data figure) – though unfortunately, there won’t be any new ones since they recently lost the license.
