Experiencing poor performance in Ubisoft games? The company has a simple solution - just turn off some apps.

IN A NUTSHELL:
  • Ubisoft shared advice on performance drops in its games;
  • According to the French company, certain apps may be responsible for the problems;
  • Among them the company lists Discord and uTorrent.

Probably every gamer has ever encountered a situation in which their PC could not keep up with all the processes running in the background and began to choke. Apparently, this problem very often affected users of Ubisoft games, because the company has prepared a special article with them in mind. It indicates what should be done to enjoy stable gameplay.

The main advice offered by the French company is to close unused apps that can slow down your system. Attention has also been paid to programs that run in the background during system startup. The devs present how to deal with this kind of problem in a few simple steps.

Interestingly enough, Ubisoft pointed out specific apps that can cause the greatest difficulties for games of the French publisher. Among them were several programs used by many players. The list includes names such as Discord, TeamSpeak, Hamachi, Nexus Launcher, uTorrent or SteelSeries Engine. The text also recommends disabling the experimental services of NVIDIA GeForce Experience and Radeon Software apps.
