Power Core in V Rising
To create a Power Core you need 3x Charged Battery and 3x Radium Alloy, which must be combined on the Fabricator. This material is needed to make Onyx Tears, an item used to craft legendary weapons.
However, you need to remember that in order to get the recipe for Power Core, you must first defeat the boss Voltatia the Power Master, which is located in Trancendum Power Plant.
Voltatia the Power Master in V Rising
The opponent has level 77 and deals very high damage with an energy beam. Fortunately, it is easy to avoid this attack, because Voltatia charges its weapon beforehand, so you know when you need to evade. The boss occasionally becomes invisible and runs around the map, but it is possible to spot him by observing small electrical discharges surrounding him. The boss can call assist by summoning helpers, who are best defeated at once, but being careful not to get in the way of the energy beam.
Despite the high damage that Voltatia the Power Master deal, it is not a very challenging boss, provided of course that you have a high enough level. The opponent's attacks are predictable, and he moves relatively slowly.
