Watch Dogs 2 launch date accidentally revealed

IGN accidentally revealed the launch date of Watch Dogs 2 in an advertisement before its official announcement.

Watch Dogs 2—a sequel to 2014’s Watch Dogs which became the fastest-selling new franchise in the history of gaming industry, until it was dethroned by Tom Clancy’s The Division in March, this year—is going to launch on Tuesday, November 15, this year. This information was most likely accidentally revealed by IGN.com, as it prematurely posted an advertisement for the title before its official announcement, planned for tomorrow at 6 PM CEST.

The aforementioned advertisement also confirmed that Watch Dogs 2’s plot will be indeed set in San Francisco and that the game will feature a new, as of yet unnamed, protagonist. In early May, his supposed appearance was leaked by NerdLeaks.
