When is NCIS: Tony and Ziva coming out? The spin-off will be on Paramount Plus later this year

The beloved Tony and Ziva will soon return to our screens, however, no longer in the main NCIS series. There, their adventure has come to an end, and now it's time for a new one in their own spin-off, which will carry an easy-to-remember title – NCIS: Tony & Ziva.

If you are fond of the couple and want to find out what they are up to, this series is a must-see item. The production will be released on Paramount+ later this year. And when exactly? According to TVLine, we can expect the first episode of the spin-off NCIS: Tony & Ziva in the fall. We don't know the exact date for now, but the approximate date already hints a lot. It also appears that the spin-off will air in a similar period as NCIS and NCIS: Origins, but it is not yet known if the release schedule will be similar, or if there are other plans for this Paramount+ production.

The return of Tony and Ziva after their departure in seasons 13 and 11 of NCIS, respectively, seemed impossible, but after the surprise return of the character played by Cote De Pablo in season 16 and her appearance in season 17, as well as Michael Wetherly's return in season 21, that door has opened for them.

NCIS: Tony & Ziva is set to move away from the standard NCIS formula, which is a procedural. The spin-off is expected to feature a storyline that builds throughout the season, progressing from episode to episode, instead of receiving a different, unrelated adventure every episode.
