The first global tests of Where Winds Meet will soon take place, the last before the release of this promising action RPG in Chinese climates.
Just over a month ago, closed beta tests of the Chinese action RPG Where Winds Meet by Everstone Studio took place. Unfortunately, not everyone had a chance to play, as the tests were limited to only a few regions of the world. Good news, there will be another opportunity soon to check out the game – this time for all players.
The devs announced the largest global-scale tests to date, which will last exactly one week - from July 25 to August 1.
The beta will be available on both PlayStation 5 and PC. People who are interested can sign up to participate in the tests through the official game website. If you qualify for the tests, you'll receive a notification by email.
On this occasion, Everstone Studio has published a new trailer for Where Winds Meet. You can watch it below.
Where Winds Meet is an action RPG with an open world, set in a fantastical version of China from the end of the 10th century. The player becomes a wandering swordsman who has to choose between his own interests and following a moral code during his journey.
The devs have prepared an extensive open world, where we will not only do the main quests, but also engage in various side activities. The protagonist can, among other things, help heal encountered characters or make a fortune in trade.
Of course, in aRPG games, duels play a significant role. We'll have plenty of them in the dangerous world of fantasy China. The fights are really dynamic, and the great thing about them is the wide range of weapons you can use, from swords and spears to fans and umbrellas.
Where Winds Meet was released in China at the end of last year, and the global launch date is planned for this year.
