Xbox Games Pass has New RPG For Studio Ghibli Fans

Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom has hit the PC and Xbox Game Pass offer. The RPG is available as Prince's Edition, which includes two major DLCs.

Popular RPG Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom has finally made its debut on PC and Xbox Game Pass. The game has been made available as the Prince's Edition, which offers several additional features over the basic edition.

The season pass, which we receive as part of Prince's Edition, includes two DLCs: The Lair of the Lost Lord and The Tale of a Timeless Tome. The expansions offer dungeons, characters, storylines and a revamped battle system, among other features.

In Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom we follow the story of young King Evan Pettiwhisker Tildrum, who has been forced to leave his kingdom. After one Roland arrives to the magical world, he decides to help Evan regain his throne.

What does Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom offer?

  1. The game involves traveling around the vast world, meeting various characters, recruiting new team members and taking on challenges.
  2. One of the highlights of the game is the system of creating your own kingdom, as well as combat, which takes place in real time with the ability to freely switch between characters in a party.
  3. Each character has unique abilities and fighting style, e.g. Roland fights in close combat, Tani attacks from a distance, and Evan is versatile.

Creatures known as Higgledies also play an important role, and can be used in several ways, such as indicating an enemy to be attacked by them, distracting a boss, or performing one of the special attacks.
