Use it and talk with the herbalist. The bedsore cream is next. Head to a nearby field hospital [Hatmandor Region] (M12:3) and apply the cream to three patients. Right in front of the entrance, you will be attacked by some bandits. Return to talk with Salah [Desert] (M20:6). The third medicine is an herbal preparation for inhalation. Use it and talk with Salah.
You will unlock [Seed Headquarters].

The herbalist will order you to buy some rare seeds, which he needs to prepare medicine for the red death. Head to the inn (M20:2) and find Ammar Baobab, sitting by the table. The drunkard will mistake you for his mother and will lower the price from 2000 to 900 auras. Pay him and you will receive Rare seeds - take them to Salah. This time you can find him by the north gate (M20:12).
