You will receive this task some time (a proper notification will appear onscreen) after completing [The Racketeers].

Once you appear in Lexington's office, he will offer you another mission - getting read of the new judge candidate.

You will unlock [The Candidate].

The Candidate

Received from: Lawrence Lexington [New Ashos] (M23:13)

Your employer will mark another target- - Proscott Cormic. He's a judge candidate and plans on declaring gambling illegal, which doesn't please Lexington. You can find the future judge on the Bright Beach. Unfortunately you will come across some guards on your way (M23:24) and they won't want to let you pass. Its worth to choose the 1st solution, as in the end you will receive a much bigger reward.

Solution 1

Try to bribe the guard.

You will unlock [A Ticket to the Beach].

However you end the mission, you will have to find another path - swim to the island using the beach passage (M23:10) and crossing the sea. Locate Cormic and talk with him.

You will unlock [The Hunt].

Solution 2

The second way is to run past the guards, but this way Cormic will get alerted and run. Return to Lexington (M23:13) and you'll get another chance.

You will unlock [One Last Chance].
