Salah will ask you to help cure Karima - his auntie - suffering from the red death. You will receive the Dew. Head to the woman's house, on the edge of town (M20:13). Once inside, you will have to head to the basement to read some notes, which the woman received from a monk. The prescription will turn out to be a plain shopping list. Go upstairs and tell the bad news. Karima will take the Dew and you can return to Salah (M20:12). It will turn out that the potion was really a poison.

You will unlock [Hand of Justice].

Received from: Salah [Desert] (M20:12)

Ammar - the man who sold you the seeds - has been killed by Sergeant Zul Figar. Salah fears that the two of you can be next in line - your task is to eliminate the source of the problem. Head to the sergeant's house (M20:20), where after a short talk (irrespectively of the answers chosen) you will have to fight him. The sergeant is quite a demanding enemy, keep ob licking so he can't damage you. After you finish the fight, return to Salah (M20:21) and tell him that the sergeant is no longer a problem.
