How do I change the appearance of my main character in Dragon Age Veilguard?

After completing the first chapter of the game, you will reach a place called the Lighthouse. This is the final resting place for your team, where you can spend a lot of time decorating the place, upgrading your gear and chatting with your teammates. What's more, in the room where Varric appears, you'll find a Mirror of Transformation. By interacting with this item you will be able to change your character's appearance.

What can I change about my character's appearance?

You can completely change the appearance of your character, just like the first time you used the character creator. You can even use ready-made sets and turn your male character into a female one and vice versa. The only thing that won't change is how your character's gender is perceived and how NPCs will address you. If you change your appearance to a female one but you previously played as a male, you will still be perceived the way you chose at the very beginning of the game.
