Dredge: What is the Sextant for?

What is Sextant?
Sextant is one of the Trinkets. It doesn't have any special use, same as other items of this type. This means its only purpose is to sell it at Trader in Little Marrow for money. View the screenshot above for his location.
Sextant takes up a 2x2 slot and its appearance can indeed be misleading, as the unique look of this item may suggest that it has a more important purpose. Unfortunately, there is nothing to it and aside from collecting the money for it, it has no use.

Where to find Sextant?
The Sextant, same as every Trinket, can be found by performing a Dredge action or by searching shipwrecks and encampments. Look for areas with extension arm. When a white Trinket art appears (like in the screenshot above) you have a chance of getting the Sextant.
When it comes to story or quest-related items, they can be recognized by different background color. This will help you recognize whether the given find has any importance.
