Action games. Wide category of games that require reflex, accuracy and agility. It includes, among other things, shooters (e.g. Call of Duty and Battlefield series) and action-adventure games (Tomb Raider). First and third person perspective (FPP/TPP) is used. In most cases we are playing as a character who has to defeat some enemies and reach a specific point. We can use a wide range of weapons, including pistols, rocket launchers, swords, knives and like. Action-adventure is a particular category within action games genre. Such titles put less emphasis on action and combat, focusing more on story, exploration and puzzles.

ARK: Survival Evolved

A sandbox survival simulator set in an open world, which draws inspiration from productions such as DayZ. Unlike in the aforementioned title, this time we fight against powerful prehistoric creature instead of zombies. The game is the debut of an independent studio called Wildcard, founded by a former employee of Microsoft Game Studios. The player begins the game defenseless and naked on an unidentified island, and his or her task is to survive in this new, harsh environment.

While conducting his own investigation he breaks all the contacts with the agency and his old friends. When Sam receives help from his former colleague from Third Echelon, he doesn't realize that it's just a pretext to drag him back to work in the agency.
Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City

A set of two story DLCs for the fourth installment in the classic Grand Theft Auto series. It was published as a standalone game, not requiring the base game to launch. The set introduces two separate stories taking place in Liberty City, the metropolis known from GTA III and IV. The Lost and Damned focuses on a biker gang, known as The Lost, trying to gain the upper hand over a competitive criminal organization.

Grim is a FPS produced by More Polygons studio. The game focuses on dynamic and purely arcade network battles with other people. The fun is enhanced by several interesting ideas, such as equipping the characters with the ability to perform giant jumps and a system of buying improvements for themselves and the team.
The Isle

A survival sandbox, in which the player assumes the role of a dinosaur. The Isle Development Team enabled the player to control creatures like Austroraptor, Carnotaurus, Tyrannosaurus Rex, Gallimimus, Utahraptor, Acrocanthosaurus and Allosaurus. The main and only objective of the game is to survive on an island the size of more than a dozen of square kilometers. Depending on the selected creature, the player must hunt for smaller dinosaurs, hide in bushes from predators etc.

Game was created by Shaba Games studio in cooperation with Treyarch team, known mainly from Call of Duty series. The action takes place on the streets of New York, where as a result of a dangerous virus, the inhabitants were infected with a mysterious substance and a whole menagerie of dangerous mutants came into the world.
X-Men Origins: Wolverine

The player has the opportunity to get to know the dark past of the title superhero before he became a member of the X-Men team. As the official owner of the franchise, Activision decided that the game would be created by Raven Software, the company known for Quake IV or the Soldier of Fortune series. Once again, the player assumes the role of B.J. Blazkowicz, who is trying to stop the Nazis and prevent them from inventing a secret weapon known as Black Sun.
