The fourth expansion pack for the second installment in a series of popular MMORPGs developed by Daybreak Game Company since 1999. The expansion takes the player to the titular Kunark, which is a land inhabited by a race of humanoid lizards known as the Sarnak. The story focuses here on conflicts between rival factions of the Sarnak, Dragons and the Iksar Empire. Above all, the expansion introduces an extensive set of locations - including completely new zones, but also areas the fans of the original EverQuest are familiar with. Furthermore, the players were given an opportunity to try out a series of new items (including the ancient, forgotten artifacts of Kunark), but also make use of new abilities and spells. Apart from that, Rise of Kunark brings new enemy types. What is new as well, is a new mount - the Kunark Rhino, additional gods, as well as hundreds of different quests and challenges created both for newcomers and veterans of the franchise.

A complex turn-based strategy, developed by the famous Gary Grigsby and his studio, 2BY3 Games. The title says it all - War in the East: The German-Soviet War 1941-45 focuses on the 1941-1945 conflict between Soviets and Third Reich that ravaged Central and Eastern Europe. Similarly to their previous games, the authors offer not only a realistic recreation of the warfare itself, but also pay great attention to the economic factors that played a tremendous role in how the conflict had shaped itself over the years. The map, spanning from East Berlin, through Leningrad and Baku, up to Ural Mountains, contains all the locations of major clashes between Germany and Soviet Union. As a tradition of such games, a lot of effort was placed into recreating the military units that took part in the conflict, including their training, experience, fatigue, and morale. To increase the believability of the action, the game calculates a number of factors, including landform, weather conditions, or soldiers’ field of view.
