The player assumes the role of Richard Marcinko, a famous Navy SEALs veteran, voiced by Mickey Rourke, an actor known from Sin City. The protagonist is sent to North Korea with a secret mission. Due to the nature of his task, the hero should try his best to keep low profile and eliminate enemies quietly.

All that trouble can be attributed to the Los Extranjeros organization, members of which will not stop until they kill every U.S. citizen remaining in Bolivia.

This time, players are tasked with eliminating a gang led by so-called El Invisible. In order to reach their goal, first your squad has to infiltrate smaller organizations: Kamikazes, Jinetes Locos, and Death Riders. The Narco Road DLC offers 15 new story-driven missions, 4 new types of side quests and special racing challenges.
