This item was created on the basis of the game SimCity 3000 published in January 1999, although it is not a 100% conversion.

Players take on the role of a Tokyo high school student, who is one of the 13 rulers of demons who can oppose the invasion of Japan by a foreign race. The title is a mixture of RPG and strategy elements and is maintained in the anime style.

Players play as one of 28 playable characters (including Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Gaara, Kakashi and Rock Lee) and play spectacular duels using a range of blows, kicks, weapons and supernatural powers.
